Refund policy

Digital Products: Digital products cannot be returned the way a physical product can, because of this all sales are final. This includes if you do not have Canva Pro and purchase a product that requires Canva Pro anyway. 

Services: We do not offer any refunds on our website setups or revamps, logos, brand kits, or any other services. If you pay a deposit to hold your service date, it is NON-REFUNDABLE. 

Completed wholesale tees: We only accept retrurns/exchanges and/or give refunds if there is an error on our part. We must be made aware of any incorrect, flawed, or missing items within 5 days of the delivery date. After day 5 there is no guarantee that we will be able to accept a return/exchange.
